Participating in Human Beans Together could not be easier: Just come out and join us!

We have no membership or hierarchy, so everyone who participates is an official "Human Bean."

Many folks bring dishes they've prepared--please see the HBT FAQ for some ideas about that. Others bring packaged goods, and others simply come to meet us and get a feel for what's going on. It's a great place to bring your kids--you can usually count on several families participating on any given Sunday.

Groups: While we welcome groups who wish to participate, please understand that serving space in the facility is limited. If your group comprises more than 8 people, including children, please be sure to contact us in advance to assure that we will be able to accommodate you. We are completely secular, so if yours is a faith-based group or larger than 8 people, please consider contacting Tosheria Brown to see if she can schedule a special day for your group to volunteer at the OCCC.
